How to Experience DC
About Capitol Express Tours
Owners John Barone and Adam Mreteab created Capitol Express Tours to provide an unforgettable experience to all those touring the city. The tours use environmentally friendly electric motor carts. They are the newest, most casual, and exciting mode of transportation in Washington, DC. The vehicles seat 8 or 6 people depending on the car size needed, including your tour guide driver and up to 7 or 5 additional passengers. Guides are knowledgeable and experienced professionals who deliver an informative and captivating narrative of the present metropolitan configuration, as well as a historical perspective.
These narrated tours go through Pennsylvania Avenue from the Whitehouse to the Capitol. There are many occasions to stop and take photos along the way. Once at the Capitol, you may choose the route to include your priorities of special interest, or allow our professional guides to take you along on a journey of discovery and entertainment.
