The National Memorial Day Parade is a grand tribute to the brave men and women who fight for the security of the United States. Featured in the annual parade are magnificent musical performances as well as appearances from prominent public service, entertainment, and sports figures. 2 ⋆ Tune in to the National Memorial Day Concert

On the eve of Memorial Day, incredible musicians will be performing on stage in front of the Capitol. Performers include the National Symphony Orchestra, the U.S. Navy Band Sea Chanters, Norm Lewis, as well as many others. The concert venue will not be open to the general public as the Capitol complex continues its phased re-opening, but people can stream the concert live on PBS’s Memorial Day Concert webpage and if you can’t watch the live broadcast Sunday, May 29, 2022 at 8 p.m. ET, the concert will remain available for two weeks after. Make sure to tune into the multi-award winning television event this weekend!

DC has many memorials honoring those who lost their lives for the nation.
